Corner OS

An operating system for modern boxing gyms. Members, coaches, classes, attendance, training progress, sparring, video review, payments, payroll, messaging, and reporting — one connected platform.

Not another generic fitness app

Most gym software is built for generic fitness studios. Corner OS is different — it's designed around the way boxing gyms actually operate.

Corner OS brings those workflows into one system instead of spreading them across spreadsheets, group chats, payment tools, and disconnected apps.

One system, the whole gym

Member & fighter management

Fighter profiles, memberships, coach assignments, training history, preferences, and progress in one place.

Scheduling & attendance

Class templates, sessions, bookings, waitlists, drop-ins, check-ins, and attendance records.

Coaching & training

Fighter assessments, training notes, workout templates, drill assignments, and private or shared feedback.

Sparring & video review

Sparring sessions, participants, rounds, video assets, clips, annotations, and reviewed analysis.

Communication

Gym announcements, newsfeed posts, support updates, direct messages, and notification events.

Billing, payroll & reporting

Subscriptions, invoices, transactions, coach compensation, payouts, performance analytics, and business reporting.

A fighter's journey is more than a membership record

Boxing gyms are relationship-driven, coach-led, and operationally complex. A fighter's journey includes coaching, training, class attendance, sparring, private notes, progress tracking, payments, and communication.

Corner OS is being built to give gym owners and coaches a single source of truth for that full journey.

In active development

The platform currently includes a large Supabase-backed data foundation, role-based access control, demo data, and progressive service migration from mock data to real database-backed workflows.

Several areas are already live behind feature flags:

Other domains — billing, payroll, reporting, and full fighter/coach operations — are being rolled out carefully to avoid half-real workflows and protect data integrity.

How it's being built

The goal is simple

Give boxing gyms the kind of software infrastructure that serious teams deserve.

Corner OS aims to become the system of record for a fighter's development, a coach's work, and a gym's operations. A dedicated Corner OS site is on the way — you're seeing it here first.
